Terms of Service

Effective date: November 2, 2026

These terms apply to fullbookgrowth.com and to the services offered by Fullbook Growth, a business name of Leslie Gray, a sole proprietor in California ("we," "us"). If you sign a written agreement with us, that agreement controls where it differs from these terms.

1. Our services

  • Missed-call text-back: when a call to your business isn't answered, the caller gets one text from your business so they can reach you.
  • Review-request texts: after a finished job, customers who agreed to texts get one request to leave a review, plus at most one reminder.
  • Websites (optional add-on): a website for your business.

2. Pricing and 30-day results guarantee

  • Price: $297 per month, or $249 per month for founding clients, as stated in your agreement. There is no setup fee.
  • When you pay: the first month is charged to your card through Stripe on go-live. Go-live is the day we confirm your texting registration is approved and the missed-call text is switched on, usually within about 5 business days after signing. Nothing is charged before go-live.
  • 30-day results guarantee (first month only): if not one missed caller replies to your missed-call text in the first 30 days after go-live, we refund the first month in full. A reply counts if it comes from a real person who called your forwarded line, wasn't answered, got the text and replied with anything other than an opt-out word such as STOP. Our messaging logs are the record, and your day-30 report shows them. To qualify, call forwarding must stay on and the texts must not be blocked or turned off for the full 30 days. Claim by email within 7 days after your day-30 report. We refund to your original card within 10 business days. Later months aren't refundable.
  • Month to month. There's no minimum term. Cancel any month by email. Service stops at the end of the month you've paid for. Apart from the guarantee, payments aren't refunded, including for partial months.
  • Website add-on: $750, quoted and agreed in writing before work starts.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. A change doesn't apply to a month you've already paid for.

3. Your responsibilities as a client

  • Give us accurate business information for texting registration with mobile carriers, and authorize us to register in your business name.
  • Set up call forwarding with your phone carrier using the steps we give you, and approve the voicemail greeting we set up in your business name on the texting line. We send you every voicemail left there.
  • Have your customers' agreement before we send them review-request texts.
  • Ask every customer for a review, not only happy ones, and don't offer anything in return for a review.

4. Text messaging terms (for people who receive our texts)

  • Program: texts from a business that uses Fullbook Growth, either replying to your missed call or asking for a review after a job you agreed to receive texts about. Each text names the business sending it.
  • Message frequency varies. Usually one text per missed call, and at most two texts per job for review requests.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email micah@getfullbookgrowth.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. We never share mobile numbers or text opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. No other guarantee

Apart from the results guarantee in Section 2, we don't guarantee any number of calls, jobs, replies or reviews. We set up and run our services with reasonable care. Carriers may filter or delay texts, and outages at our providers can happen.

6. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or $100 if that is greater. We're not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. These limits don't apply where California law forbids them.

7. Website use

You may use this site to learn about our services and contact us. Don't misuse it or try to disrupt it. Site content belongs to us.

8. General

California law governs these terms. Any dispute goes to the courts of Alameda County, California. If we update these terms, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
